MIKE KLIS: The Drive

The guys are joined by Mike Klis at the start of the show’s second hour, and they talk about the Johnny Manziel comments to a TMZ reporter. They discuss Monte Ball and how his career fell apart. Klis believes that perhaps there were issues relating to alcoholism that may have played an effect on his drop in performance. They talk about the Broncos offering to take on $7 million of Colin Kaepernick’s contract, and how they arrived at that figure. Klis points out that for the Kaepernick trade to go through, the 49ers are the ones that have to budge. They talk about Von Miller and how his contract situation might play out.
